We swim with dolphins and manta rays, sometimes we even find pilot whales or other marine wildlife to swim with. While being around them in the ocean, powerful healing happens.
We dive into a deep inner process of letting go, recharging batteries, slowing down and reconnecting deeply with ourselves, using Sound Healing, Meditation, Yoga and Qi Gong to support the process.
Being part of a loving group, we open up, expand, challenge each other and become more than we ever have been, releasing some old blockages and getting inspired in new ways.
